Wealth Village Burundi was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: that rural women possess incredible potential to transform their communities when given the right tools, training, and support.
Starting in local communities across Burundi, we recognized that traditional approaches to development often overlooked the unique challenges and opportunities faced by rural women. We set out to create a different path - one that puts women at the center of sustainable economic development.
Today, we work directly with rural communities, providing comprehensive training programs that combine business skills, financial literacy, and ongoing mentorship. Our locally-led approach ensures that every program is culturally appropriate and practically effective.
